At the August 2015 AGM, 4 amendments to the CCCSA Constitution were proposed and accepted by the members.
Any constitutional changes must be notified to the Office of Consumer and Business Services (OCBCS), within the SA Government.
Our amended constitution was deemed deficient under the Associations Incorporation Act 1985 (the Act) and must be amended to comply before the updated Constitution will be accepted by OCBS.
The documents below outline proposed that will make our Constitution compliant with the act. These changes are consistent with the model Constitution provided by OCBS, so it is in our interests to adopt them as worded.

These changes were initially presented at the September meeting to provide the opportunity for feedback. Voting on accepting the changes will occur at the October meeting held on Tuesday 13th October, 2015.
